Working with Variables

overwrite to overwrite a variable we simply assign it a new value we can assign it a new value in any block, the most common being the formula block once is created once a variable is created, it always exists in the user session, this means that the user can start the flow again and the variable from the previous session will still be there until it is overwriten delete variables variables cannot be deleted, they can only be overwritten if you need to 'clear' the data after the user completes the flow, you can set the variables to any value by using a 'set variable' block you can also delete the entire chat via api change type to change the type you will need to create a new variable and assign it the value of the original variable
